Terms of service

These terms apply to all authorized dealers ("Dealers") purchasing products from PTZ Robots. By placing an order, Dealers confirm they have been pre-approved by PTZ Robots and agree to the following:

  1. Authorized Use — Products purchased through this portal are for resale by approved dealers only. Resale outside of agreed territories or channels is prohibited without prior written consent from PTZ Robots.

  2. Order Obligations — All orders placed are binding upon submission. Dealers are responsible for ensuring order accuracy before confirming. PTZ Robots reserves the right to cancel orders that violate dealer agreements.

  3. Pricing & Confidentiality — Dealer pricing is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties or end customers.

  4. Returns & Defective Goods — Returns are accepted only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. PTZ Robots does not offer returns for change of mind or overstocking.

  5. Account Access — Dealer portal access is personal and non-transferable. PTZ Robots reserves the right to revoke access for breach of these terms.

  6. Governing Law — These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
