Refund & Returns Policy — PTZ Robots Dealer Portal

Returns are accepted exclusively for goods that arrive defective or damaged. To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and documentation of the defect. Approved returns will be exchanged or credited at PTZ Robots' discretion. No refunds are issued for buyer's remorse, surplus stock, or incorrect orders placed by the dealer.
